We celebrated the graduation of the 2019 Leadership Institute Class at the Annual Meeting in September. The RASM Leadership Institute is a rigorous program designed to train emerging REALTOR® leaders who want to get involved, make a difference, grow their business and expand their leadership skills.
Participants are immersed in a classroom setting and group sessions focusing on team building, goal setting, networking techniques, and communication skills. This year’s program included the addition of NAR’s Leadership Series and spokesperson training.
