How to Become a Commercial REALTOR®

1. Take a pre-licensing course, pass the real estate exam, and then apply for a Florida Real Estate License with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
2. Join a broker who holds membership with RASM.
3. Make sure your broker has activated your license under their firm with the Florida DBPR.
4. Complete the membership application below.
5. Pay your dues.
6. Get a Supra eKey (lockbox).
7. Attend the RASM New Member Orientation and complete the NAR Code of Ethics Fair Housing requirement within 90 days of application.

This application is for a person employed by a broker to perform any of several services associated with the real estate business and wishes to gain access to MFCRE (My Florida Regional Commercial MLS) & Supra. (Broker must be a member of RASM & must approve access to MFCRE)

Membership Requirements & Next Steps

Once your application and payment are processed, you officially become a New Member!

New Member Requirements:

1. Complete the RASM New Member Orientation program within three months of submitting your application. Find an upcoming Orientation here
   
2. Brand-new licensees must complete the NAR Code of Ethics.
3. Brand-new licensees will need to complete Stellar MLS compliance courses.

3. Prepare to pay your annual membership dues according to the following schedule:
• Association Fees (local, state, and national): Due by 5 p.m. on December 15. Invoices are available in November of each year in your MY RASM PORTAL.
• Stellar MLS Subscription Fees: Due by 5 p.m. on May 15. Invoices are created in April of each year. Pay in your Stellar MLS account.
