SARASOTA, Fla. (January 31, 2017) – The Commercial Investment Division (CID) of the Realtor® Association of Sarasota and Manatee (RASM) installed their 2017 officers and directors, including CID President Rico Boeras of Sarasota Commercial Realty, LLC.
During his term, Boeras will focus on building participation in CID, increasing membership to 400 Realtors® and business partners and to improve the educational opportunities available to members.
“Everyone in CID is involved for the betterment of our industry. They raise the level of professionalism of all commercial Realtors® in our market,” says Boeras. “I look forward to 2017 as the year to give back to a profession and industry that has been very good to me.”
Boeras is a lifelong resident of Sarasota. His real estate career began in 1997 and he currently specializes in sales and leasing of retail, office, industrial properties as well as landlord and tenant representation and multi-family properties. Rico has been involved with CID since 2001 and has been on the board for the past four years.
The officers and board members were installed at the CID Installation and Awards Breakfast on at the end of 2016. CID officers for the 2017 year include: President Rico Boeras, Sarasota Commercial Realty, President-Elect David Roth, RE/MAX Alliance Group; Vice-President Susan Goldstein, Michael Saunders & Company; Treasurer Diane Lee, Wagner Realty; Secretary Sean Dreznin, Ian Black Real Estate; Immediate Past President Tony Veldkamp, SVN Commercial Advisory Group. The 2017 CID Directors include: Lee Delieto, Jr., Ivan Gould, Melissa Harris, Ken Hoskinson, Neil McCurry and Pete Skokos.
The Commercial Investment Division is a special interest organization of RASM with more than 350 professionals active in the commercial real estate market, including commercial brokers and sales persons, lenders, attorneys, insurance agents and professionals involved in all aspects of the business.
