Professional real estate training is a vital function carried out by the REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee, the National Association of REALTORS® and Florida REALTORS®. RASM offers Designation and Certification courses, continuing education, and informational seminars to members and non-members. Code of Ethics Training
As a condition of membership, REALTOR® members are required by the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) to complete 2.5 hours of Code of Ethics training within a three-year cycle. The current cycle ends December 31, 2021. There are many options to complete this requirement, including FREC’s new Ethics & Business Practices course.
