Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) Designation
NAR reports that GRI designees are among the most successful and enthusiastic practitioners in the business. Over 90 percent of GRI designees said they received value from the education and over half gave their GRI training the highest possible rating.
The GRI Designation is the perfect place to start, as you’ll master the knowledge you need to succeed in today’s market. The CE course also includes the required Sales post-licensing and broker licensing credit. RASM consistently offers this course each year. Check the schedule for upcoming classes.
Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS)
The Sarasota and Manatee area continues to be a top destination for international buyers and sellers. Don’t miss your chance to take your business to the international level. Align yourself with the best in international real estate by earning the CIPS designation. The designation requires completion of five full-day courses focusing on the critical aspects of international real estate transactions. CIPS designees are connected to an influential network of over 4,000 professionals who turn to each other first when looking for referral partners. Global Business Council members receive a discount when they take the course with RASM.
Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM)
The Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation is commercial real estate’s global standard for professional achievement, earned through an extensive curriculum of 200 classroom hours and professional experiential requirements. This class is offered through the Commercial Real Estate Alliance.
At Home with Diversity (AHWD)
Learn to work effectively with – and within – today’s diverse real estate market. This certification teaches you how to conduct your business with sensitivity to all client profiles and build a business plan to successfully serve them.
Through NAR’s Green Designation, the Green REsource Council provides ongoing education, resources and tools to help real estate practitioners find, understand, and market properties with green features.
Military Relocation Professional (MRP)

Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®)

Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE)

Certified Residential Specialist (CRS)
