New Applicant Processing

For REALTORS®, MLS Access is activated usually within 48 hours when the membership application is received by our Member Services Staff. When hiring a new agent in your office, please follow the steps below to expedite your new agent(s) access and services from the Association.

  1. Complete the application, have your broker sign it on the Designated REALTOR®/Broker signature line and verify that your broker has made your license active on the DBPR’s website.
  2. Email membership@MyRASM.com, fax (941) 952-3401, or bring in your completed application to one of our two locations. Be sure to include payment. RASM cannot process an application without payment.

Lockbox

New RASM Member Requirements

New members need to complete the New Member Orientation program within 3 months of submitting the membership application. In addition to the program, brand new licensees will need to complete MFRMLS compliance courses and lockbox holders should complete their lockbox (Supra eKey) activation. Learn more about your requirements.

Annual Membership Dues

Membership Dues are paid yearly, per the following schedule:

  • Association Dues (local, state and national): Due by 5 p.m. on December 15. Invoices are created in October of each year. Invoices are available in your MY RASM PORTAL.
  • Stellar MLS Subscription Dues: Due by 5 p.m. on May 15. Invoices are created in April of each year. Pay in your Stellar MLS account.
