My Florida Regional MLS posted your annual subscription invoice to your MFRMLS account on April 1, 2019. Your 2019-2020 invoice total includes your MFRMLS base fee of $350, plus your Local Service Center (LSC) fee. The fastest, most convenient way to pay your invoice will be online through the payment portal. MFR MLS (not RASM), sent you a courtesy email as a reminder that your invoice is available to renew and pay.
Billing deadlines:
04/01/2019 – Invoices posted. You will be able to pay online, mail a check, or hand deliver cash payments to the MFRMLS headquarters.
05/15/2019 – Last day to pay to avoid late fees at 5:00 p.m. EST.
06/03/2019 – Last day to pay to avoid account suspension and reinstatement fee at 5:00 p.m. EST.
