Public Policy

Public Policy

The RASM Government Affairs Department interfaces with all local government entities on behalf of RASM members. We proactively monitor local legislation and regulatory policy for the impact it may have on private property rights and the ability to freely buy, sell and lease property.

“If real estate is your career, policy is your business.”

In coordination with staff, member committees play an intricate role in the development and implementation of all Government Affairs programs. Committees include the Public Policy Committee, REALTOR® Political Action Committee and Political Action Advisory Committee.

For more information or to report local issues, please contact Government Affairs Director at government@myrasm.com (941-952-3410).
