SARASOTA, Fla. (Friday, December 9) – The REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee (RASM) installed the 2023 officers and directors and recognized nine award winners at their Installation and Awards Banquet on December 8, 2022. Incoming President Brian Tresidder, Strategic Growth and Sales Manager at William Raveis Real Estate, will lead the Association throughout the year in 2023.

During his speech, Tresidder thanked outgoing President Tony Veldkamp and volunteers for their past and continued service to the Association. He shared the Association’s strategic goal to focus on core initiatives that make the Association, its members, and the community thrive. As 2023 President, Tresidder’s primary commitment is to best serve the members who help to fulfill the dream of home ownership in Sarasota and Manatee counties.

“Through inclusive collaboration and mutual respect for our colleagues, we will focus on the principles that matter to the organization and drive how we engage each other to reach our common goals,” Tresidder said. “As an Association, we will also work very hard at the core items that make a REALTOR® Association successful: member participation, member education, ethics, and always working to improve the professionalism in our profession.”

The newly installed officers are President Brian Tresidder, William Raveis Real Estate; President-Elect Tony Barrett, Barrett Realty, Inc.; Vice President Debi Reynolds, Florida SunCoast Real Estate; and Treasurer David Crawford, Catalist Realty.

The directors serving in 2023 are Nathan Butrum, Pam Charron, Brandy Coffey, Ken Hoskinson, Anita Lambert, Marcia McLaughlin, Julia Montei, Mary Northrup, Brian Partie, Derek Patti, and Tony Veldkamp as the immediate past president.

Nine members were also recognized for their contributions and achievements in 2022. The following recipients were nominated and selected by their peers:
