You know that membership portal you currently use to register for courses and update your profile information? Well, that’s a huge part of how we operate. Staff uses this membership database system to maintain membership records in order to better serve you.
Times are changing. In an effort to serve you better, we are excited to convert this system to a modern and improved program (RAMCO). With RAMCO, you will able to complete these familiar tasks and much more (in a much simpler way). The new system will be launched during the day on Tuesday, July 18.
Change isn’t always easy. And we ask for your patience during this transition. Our goal is to keep this data transition simple and effective. Beginning Friday afternoon, July 14, we will suspend membership tools. For a few short days, our offices will maintain regular hours, but we will NOT be able to:
- Sell signs or any other store products
Process new member applications or transfer agents between offices
Register anyone for classes, events and seminars
Make changes (address, phone, email, etc.) to a member record
Post payments to open invoices or create new invoices
