General Membership Meetings
Each month, we bring you speakers and panel discussions on topics relevant to the commercial real estate market. Held on the third Tuesday of each month, this event also features a hot breakfast and updates on CID programming.

Weekly Marketplace
Join us every Friday at 9 a.m. for a Commercial Marketplace Meeting. These sessions provide a venue to present your listings and exchange information with other commercial professionals.

Sporting Clays Tournament
Each spring, we host a Sporting Clays Tournament at Sarasota Trap, Skeet & Clays. Whether you’re a rookie or an expert, all are welcome to learn, shoot and compete. Proceeds benefit a local charity and sponsorships are also available.

Downtown Horizons
At this annual event, we gather to discuss the economic development of our local cities and how it will impact the future. Past speakers have been County and City representatives, developers and other leaders in the projects that impact our downtown arena.

Annual Golf Tournament
They say “a bad day on the golf course is better than a good day at work.” Forge new friendships, network with commercial professionals and spend time outdoors with your colleagues at the Annual CREA Golf Tournament. Proceeds benefit a local charity. Sponsorships are also available.
