COMMERCIAL CORE LAW
April 24 | 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. | RASM South
Commercial Core Law will assist REALTORS® by focusing on changes to state and federal real estate license law. This course will give you an overview of commercial transactions vs. residential and will discuss legal issues unique to commercial transactions.

COMMERCIAL CONTRACTING

Commercial real estate is very different in many ways than residential. One of the major differences is in the paperwork used to complete a commercial deal. This class will take a close look at the LOI, commercial contract, optional clauses, and the closing process.
