YPN Trolley Tour
“The riches are in the niches!” If you think you know the type of property you’re selling, think again. Hop on the trolley to learn from local legends about selling homes from the inside out. Open to ALL members of RASM, experts will cover issues and opportunities you might face as a seller including: valuation, inspections, lending, marketing, legal, construction, title, staging, and more.
Meet us every other month on the third Thursday at 8:45 a.m. at select locations. Each event brings a new theme, focusing on different property types and communities. During the trolley ride, you’ll meet Business Partner experts and hear about surrounding neighborhoods and amenities.
Register in advance to save your seat on the trolley! Only $5 for YPN members of $10 for non-YPN members. Please arrive at 8:45 a.m., the trolley will leave at 9 a.m. and should return to the starting location around noon.
