There’s something for everyone – whether it’s informal meetings or the favorite annual Lip Sync Battle, the YPN group is busy networking, learning and giving back to the community.  YPN members enjoy a variety of opportunities to get together for social and professional networking events.

Coffee Talk: Wake Up with YPN!

We’re bringing the coffee shop to RASM to host Coffee Talk. Grab a quality cup of coffee, enjoy some peer to peer networking and finish off the morning with a brief discussion on a trending real estate topic. This is a quick and efficient way to start your workday with a jolt of inspiration (and caffeine).

YPN Trolley Tour

If you think you know the type of property you’re selling, think again. Hop on the trolley to learn from local legends about selling homes from the inside out. Open to ALL members of RASM, experts will cover issues and opportunities you might face as a seller. Meet us every other month. Each event brings a new theme, focusing on different property types and communities.

RealTOUR Networking

Join us as we venture out to the sites of Sarasota and Manatee. We’ve previously tour the Ringling Museum of Art, local theaters, breweries other great venues for networking with your fellow young professionals.
