REALTORS® to Watch Under 40
Each year, the RASM Young Professionals Network recognizes a group of REALTORS® who represent excellence in leadership, community involvement, and everything else that makes a well-rounded young professional succeed in real estate. Any active REALTOR® member of the REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee under the age of 40, can apply for this award.

Eligible applicants are under the age of 40 as of March 1, 2023 and are current REALTORS® who hold a valid license to practice real estate in Florida.
Applications are due before 5 p.m. on May 31, 2023. No late entries will be accepted.
Honorees will receive
- Recognition in RASM’s ELEVATE magazine and on RASM social media channels.
- Inclusion on the county-wide distribution of press releases.
You can log in and edit your application up until the May 31 deadline.
Production activity from January 1, 2022, through March 1, 2023, will be valid. All historical activities for leadership, education, and community involvement will be considered.
Judges are seeking well-rounded, experienced REALTORS®. Leadership and character are very important, as is community involvement and association engagement. Judges are seeking individuals who have demonstrated excellence in their real estate community and are deserving of recognition.
The judges will evaluate applicants based on a scoresheet that defines the experience and characteristics featured in the award application, such as leadership, community, etc. Some criteria will be worth more than others, but all are important in determining YPN award honorees.
Due to the personal nature of the questions, you cannot fill out the application for someone else. However, you can encourage them to apply for the award.
No. The judges will have sufficient information within your application submission to determine award recipients.
You will be notified in mid-June via email.
The winners will be announced in the following issue of RASM’s ELEVATE magazine.
