SARASOTA, Fla (October 25, 2017) – The Suncoast Regional Young Professionals Network (YPN) raised $13,000 for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Sarasota County at their Realtor® Bowling Day on September 22. Representatives of the YPN presented the donation to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Sarasota County at the agency’s Opening Doors to Great Futures Dinner on Thursday, October 19.

“YPN is ensuring that thousands of children and teens across Sarasota County have access to opportunities that will help them achieve their full potential,” said Bill Sadlo, President/CEO at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Sarasota County. “This support empowers our Club members to excel in school, become leaders, live healthy lifestyles and create plans for success after high school graduation.”

The 2017 Realtor® Bowling Day hosted more than 200 bowlers from the Realtor® Association of Sarasota and Manatee. Events like this support a nation-wide partnership between the National Association of REALTORS® and the Boys & Girls Clubs of America on a local level.

“YPN is proud to support the Boys & Girls Clubs again this year,” said YPN Chair Elizabeth Reynolds. “Thanks to the generosity and participation from our members, we are able to continue our ongoing support with the Club.”

The Young Professionals Network is a division of the REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee. The mission of the group is to enrich their community and give a voice to future real estate industry leaders by providing business, networking, leadership and volunteer opportunities to support career development, and to strengthen the resources for young professionals to thrive in the area.
