Room Rentals at the REALTOR® Association Offices
Did you know that you have access to state-of-the-art auditoriums at the REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee? These conference and meeting facilities are available to rent for seminars, banquets, receptions, parties, and more! Rentals are available to members of the Association and to members of the public. REALTORS® and Business Partners receive special rates to reserve a room.
Rentals must be requested at least 2 weeks in advance.

Rental Locations
We have two convenient locations available for your occasion! Rent from our South office in Sarasota or our North office in Bradenton.
RASM South
- Auditorium holds up to 126 people, and can be divided into three (3) sections (holding 42 people each).
- One conference room available, holds up to 24 people.
- Located at 2320 Cattlemen Road, Sarasota, FL 34232
RASM North
- Auditorium holds up to 84 people, and can be divided into two (2) sections (holding 42 people each).
- Two conference rooms available, one for 18 and one for 8 people.
