General Information

How can I request a rental?

To request a rental, please contact our Rental Coordinator and North Office Manager, Cheyenne Barber, or complete the room rental request form below.

Request a Room Rental

Do I have to pay a deposit?

Yes, a $200 deposit is required to secure your reservation.

What is your cancellation policy?

  • Auditorium rentals: Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 60 days prior to the event.
  • Conference room rentals: Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the event.
  • Cancellations made after these timeframes will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Can I host an event if I’m not a RASM member?

Yes. Please refer to our website for member vs. non-member pricing.

Room Details & Capacity

What are the maximum capacities of each room?

  • North Auditorium: 84 (42 per section)
  • South Auditorium: 126 (42 per section)
  • South Siesta Key Conference Room: 24
  • North Anna Maria Conference Room: 18
  • North Cortez Conference Room: 8

Amenities & Services

What is included in the rental?

Conference room rentals include access to 85” displays. Auditorium rentals can include audiovisual (A/V) equipment and coffee service for an additional fee.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, complimentary guest Wi-Fi is available.

 Are restrooms available?

Yes, restrooms are available at both North and South office locations.

Is there parking available to accommodate maximum capacity?

Yes, both RASM North and RASM South have large parking lots that can accommodate event attendees.

Food & Beverage

Can we bring food and drinks?

Yes, outside food and beverages are permitted.

Is coffee available?

Coffee service is available as an add-on:

  • 30 cups for $35
  • 100 cups for $60

Can we bring alcohol?

Yes, alcohol is permitted; however, proof of liquor liability insurance is required.

Event Policies

Can we decorate the space?

Yes, decorations are allowed; however, the following items are not permitted:

  • Bolts, screws, nails, or staples
  • Scotch tape, electrical tape, duct tape, or glue
  • Rice, angel hair, foil confetti, or glitter

Can I host an event after hours?

Yes, after-hours events are permitted if a RASM staff member is present as a rental attendant. A $35 per hour fee must be paid directly to the attendant via cash or check.

Can we have vendors or sponsors at our event?

Yes, vendors and sponsors are welcome.

We offer two convenient locations for your next event, with flexible spaces to fit your needs. 

RASM South (Sarasota)

  • Auditorium: Seats up to 126 and can be divided into three sections (42 each)
  • Conference Room: Seats up to 24

RASM North (Bradenton)

  • Auditorium: Seats up to 84 and can be divided into two sections (42 each)
  • Conference Rooms: Two available, seating 18 and 8 respectively
