Frequently Asked Questions

What time does the event start and end?
Registration and continental breakfast begin at 8:30 AM. The opening session begins at 9:30 AM. The closing session will end at 4:00 PM followed by a reception from 4:00 – 5:00 PM.
Where should I park?
The Marriott Palmetto has hundreds of parking spaces available for convenient self-parking. Valet parking is also available but not offered as a part of the conference. Any participants choosing to valet park will pay individually.
Does the conference offer any continuing education credits (CEs)?
We’re sure you’ll be impressed with the caliber and quality of the speakers and sessions. CEs are not available for the FIRE Conference. Please see our broad offering of classes and certifications through our Professional Development Department.
What is the event attire?
Dress as you would for a professional conference. Consider that hotels often have variable temperatures and that there is a lot of sitting during the sessions.
What food will be provided during the event?
Join us before the opening session for coffee and continental breakfast. Lunch will be a plated chicken dish and served during the general keynote session. After the closing session, the reception with light appetizers will be held from 4 PM – 5 PM.
What should I do if I have a food allergy or other dietary restrictions?
If you have a food allergy or other dietary restrictions, please email Leah DeCesare at leah@myrasm.com no later than April 10, 2026 with the details of your needs. We will make every effort to work with the Marriott to accommodate your needs, but it is the individual’s responsibility to confirm all requirements with hotel staff at all food and beverage functions.
I’m a business partner. Can I attend the event?
The FIRE Conference is open only to REALTOR® members. Business Partner Members are able to participate in the Expo and reception by sponsoring the event or purchasing an exhibitor half-table.
