REALTOR® Attorney Joint Committee is Poised and Prepared for 2024

I am pleased to represent our membership as your 2024 REALTOR® Attorney Joint Committee (RAJC) chair in 2024. In this role, I follow in the footsteps of Garret Barnes and Darla Furst, who made significant contributions during their tenures by providing excellent education and informative panels.

FOCUSED ON THE NEW YEAR

I’m honored to have Mallory Bauer as our Vice Chair, and together, we are excited to share our focus for the upcoming year: “Awareness.” In the world of real estate, awareness encompasses knowledge and perception of various situations and facts. Our primary goal this year is to keep our membership well-informed and reduce the likelihood of legal issues arising.
