REALTOR® Association Announces Five ‘REALTORS® to Watch’ Under the Age of 40

SARASOTA, Fla. (August 28, 2025) – The Young Professionals Network (YPN) from the REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee (RASM) has recognized five rising stars in the local real estate industry. From community service involvement to leadership pursuits, these five REALTORS® represent a young group of ‘go-getters’ who share the common bonds of professionalism, dedication, and perseverance.

Earlier this year, REALTORS® under the age of 40 (as of March 1, 2025), were eligible to apply to the program. After careful review of each application by members of the YPN Committee, these five agents were selected as the “REALTORS® to Watch Under 40: Class of 2025.”
