The REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee (RASM) has long been dedicated to giving back to the community through the RASM REALTORS® Charitable Fund (RRCF). This year, the RRCF is proud to announce the distribution of $43,100 in grant money to support several local nonprofits, each of which plays a vital role in improving the lives of individuals and families throughout Sarasota and Manatee Counties.

The REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee (RASM) is proud to recognize the RASM Leadership Academy Class of 2024. This year, 11 dedicated members graduated from the rigorous training program that focuses on team building, leadership techniques, and communication skills for REALTORS®.

We are proud to announce that the REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee (RASM) has received a generous $300,000 grant from the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) REALTOR® Relief Foundation. This grant will provide critical financial assistance to our members and the community who have been affected by the devastating impact of Hurricane Debby.

The REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee (RASM) has released its August 2024 real estate market report, detailing key trends across the Sarasota and Manatee counties. Based on data compiled by Florida Realtors®, the report highlights a decline in closed sales and median sales prices, along with an increase in inventory and median time to contract during the summer months. While summer slowdowns are expected, the extent of these shifts is noteworthy as we approach the prime selling season.

Last week, members of the REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee (RASM) made their mark at the highly anticipated Young Professionals Network (YPN) Advance Conference in Chicago. The annual conference, part of NAR's Leadership Week, is a premier event designed to provide valuable leadership training and insights to the next generation of real estate professionals.
