GRI Module 302 - Thinking Outside the Box

In GRI 302, International Real Estate will introduce or expand the awareness of the many factors that must be taken into consideration when serving the real estate needs of international homebuyers or investors in the United States, Florida in particular. So you want to be a broker? Brokerage Management will help to determine whether opening your own office is best. The real estate brokerage business has diverse management challenges, from creating a profitable business to protecting the consumer's best interest. An Introduction to Single-Family Residential Construction will provide an overview of residential construction and general construction procedures and terminology. And for those who plan to invest, broker, or buy and develop land, Land, Environment and Private Property Rights will discuss land and its uses, and laws affecting the use of land, including environmental laws, urban growth, and required disclosures.

The day before class, if you did not purchase a textbook you will receive a digital copy of the course manual to print or download onto your electronic devices to view during class. Should you require a printed copy of the manual, the association can provide one for a $20 printing fee.
