CORE LAW-Fulfills the 3 HR CE requirement for license renewal. This course covers updates to the law and reviews common legal issues.

Understanding real estate law is part of every real estate licensee's business. The more a licensee knows, the better he or she can work with customers and safeguard them from legal complications. Buying and selling property requires a lot of legal paperwork. Today, more than ever, it's important to know the laws governing the practice of real estate.

The purpose of Core Law to update you on the current laws and rules and to enlighten any real estate licensee on the areas where the most infractions are being reviewed by the DBPR and the FREC. This course will provide a review of some of the aspects of pre licensing which may have been forgotten and provide information on the newer laws and rules in real estate but more so, give you, the student, insight as to the current areas being disciplined by the Florida Real Estate Commission during the past two years.
