The CCIM Institute confers the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation: commercial real estate’s global standard for professional achievement, earned through an extensive curriculum of 200 classroom hours and professional experiential requirements. CCIMs are active in 1,000 U.S. markets and 31 other countries and comprise a 13,000-member network that includes brokers, leasing professionals, asset managers, appraisers, corporate real estate executives, investors, lenders, and other allied professionals.

The Counselors of Real Estate® is an international network of commercial practitioners who provide advice to clients on complex real property situations and land-related issues. The REALTORS® Land Institute is the professional membership organization for real estate practitioners who specialize in land transactions, including agriculture and farmland; ranches; timber; recreational; transitional; and special-use properties. Political advocacy in city, county, and state legislation and initiatives is important to our market. CREA is also actively involved in the community and volunteerism, hosting an annual golf tournament and a sporting clays tournament which have contributed tens of thousands in proceeds to local charities for more than 20 years.
The Commercial Real Estate Alliance (CREA) of the REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee (RASM), is a special interest organization affiliated with the Association. The CREA has a strong membership of over 300 professionals active in the commercial real estate market. Our membership includes commercial brokers and salespersons, lenders, attorneys, insurance agents, and professionals involved in all aspects of the business.
