1. Complete RASM's 7.5 Hour Class and earn a score of 70 or more on the written exam.
2. Complete Application and submit Application fee ($20).
3. To qualify for the certification, an applicant must have 2 qualifying waterfront transactions within 24 months (either before or after taking the class).
Upon completion, the certified agent will receive the following benefits:
- Use of the CWS (Certified Waterfront Specialist) acronym, name, and logo.
- Access to RASM's waterfront resources.
- Name listed in the RASM's CWS database.

No CE HRS
Due to the high demand for this class and the long waitlist, anyone not canceling with 24 hours notice will be charged a $125 no show fee.
Class registration will close at 12:00pm on Friday May 29th.
