Each year, the RASM Young Professionals Network (YPN) recognizes a group of REALTORS® who represent excellence in leadership, community involvement, and everything else that makes a well-rounded young professional succeed in real estate. If this is you, consider applying for the YPN REALTORS® to Watch Under 40 award! Any active REALTOR® member of the REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee under the age of 40, can apply for this award.
APPLICATION PROCESS
The Young Professionals Network (YPN) will release the REALTORS® to Watch Under 40 applications on April 1, 2024. After the applications close at 5 p.m. on May 31, the YPN Committee judges will meet and select the five finalists.
Shortly after, you will receive an email notifying you of the judges' decision. The finalists will have a photoshoot, short interview, and will be featured on the cover of ELEVATE magazine.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO APPLY?
Eligible applicants are under the age of 40 as of April 1, 2024 and are active RASM REALTORS® who hold a valid license to practice real estate in Florida.
