REALTOR® Association Announces 2024 Leadership Academy Graduates

SARASOTA, Fla. (September 23, 2024) – The REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee (RASM) is proud to recognize the RASM Leadership Academy Class of 2024. This year, 11 dedicated members graduated from the rigorous training program that focuses on team building, leadership techniques, and communication skills for REALTORS®. They were recognized at the Leadership Academy graduation ceremony on September 18 at RASM South.

The Leadership Academy program is designed to give participants the opportunity to learn skills that will prepare them for future leadership roles within the Association, their industry, and the community. This year’s class completed team building workshops, attended multiple conferences to elevate their knowledge, received mentorship from past graduates, and gained expertise from educational sessions. Graduates also completed a group project that focused on hosting a community beach clean-up in both Sarasota and Manatee counties.
