REALTOR® Association Installs 2025 Officers and Directors

SARASOTA, Fla. (December 16, 2024) – The REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee (RASM) celebrated the installation of its 2025 officers and directors, along with the recognition of eight distinguished award winners, during the Installation and Awards Banquet on December 12, 2024. Debi Reynolds, Managing Broker at SaraBay Realty, was officially installed as the 2025 RASM President and will lead the Association into a new year of growth and collaboration.

In her address, Reynolds expressed gratitude to outgoing President Tony Barrett and the Association's dedicated volunteers for their service and contributions. She introduced her presidential theme, “Building Bridges,” a guiding principle focused on fostering connection, collaboration, and progress within the organization and beyond.

“This year, let’s commit to building bridges: bridges that connect our Association to its members, bridges that strengthen advocacy and amplify our charitable impact, and bridges that help us navigate change with resilience,” said Reynolds. “Through innovation, impact, leadership, advocacy, and connection, we will make 2025 a year to remember.”

The newly installed officers are President Debi Reynolds, SaraBay Real Estate; President-Elect David Crawford, Catalist Realty; Vice President Anita Lambert, Premier Sotheby’s International Realty and Treasurer Julia Montei, Coldwell Banker Realty.

The directors serving in 2025 are Beth Beckert, Jessica Bow, Nathan Butrum, Pam Charron, Amy MacDougall, Brooke Mailloux, Rachel McCoy, Marcia McLaughlin, Julia Montei, Brian J. Partie, Derek Patti, and Tony Barrett as the immediate past president.

Eight members were also recognized for their contributions and achievements in 2024. The following recipients were nominated and selected by their peers:
