SARASOTA, Fla. (January 10, 2025) – The REALTOR®
Association of Sarasota and Manatee (RASM) has announced that applications are now being accepted for the 2025 Leadership Academy program for members of the Association. The RASM Leadership Academy was designed to develop emerging REALTOR® leaders who are looking to grow into leadership roles within the real estate profession.
Association of Sarasota and Manatee (RASM) has announced that applications are now being accepted for the 2025 Leadership Academy program for members of the Association. The RASM Leadership Academy was designed to develop emerging REALTOR® leaders who are looking to grow into leadership roles within the real estate profession.This seven-month program empowers participants to maximize their potential through a series of interactive, classroom-style training focused on leadership styles, team building, communication skills, and mentorship from previous Leadership Academy graduates. Real estate professionals who have graduated from the program have later served on committees and in leadership positions at the local, state, and national association for REALTORS®.
.The 2025 application is currently open and will be due on February 28, 2025. Only members of the REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee are eligible to be selected for the Leadership Academy Class of 2025.
