The Commercial Real Estate Alliance (CREA) of the REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee (RASM) recently hosted its highly anticipated annual Sporting Clays Tournament in March, raising an impressive $11,569.29 for two deserving local charities. This year, 50% of the proceeds were dedicated to The Salvation Army Sarasota, and the other half will directly benefit the RASM REALTORS® Charitable Foundation, furthering its mission to support vital housing-related charitable organizations in the region.
The tournament, a key fundraising event for CREA, brought together real estate professionals, community members, and industry partners for a day of friendly competition and giving back. As always, the RASM REALTORS® Charitable Foundation played a pivotal role in ensuring that the funds raised would be directed to organizations that are actively addressing the issues of affordable housing, homelessness, and shelter in our community.
The RASM REALTORS® Charitable Foundation continues to provide resources to local organizations that are committed to improving the lives of residents in Sarasota and Manatee counties. Their work has a direct impact on the region’s ability to tackle the growing challenges of affordable housing and homelessness, ensuring that everyone has access to safe and affordable housing options.
CREA, a special interest organization of RASM, includes over 240 professionals who are active in the commercial real estate market, including brokers, lenders, attorneys, insurance agents, and more. By partnering with organizations like The Salvation Army Sarasota and the RASM REALTORS® Charitable Foundation, CREA is helping to create lasting change in our communities.
