Meet the Leadership Academy Class of 2025

Congratulations to the 13 outstanding professionals selected for the 2025 RASM Leadership Academy! This prestigious program is designed to develop emerging leaders within the real estate industry who are passionate about getting involved, making an impact, growing their businesses, and enhancing their leadership skills.

We're excited to share that the 2025 Academy has officially kicked off with its Welcome Orientation and an engaging Team Building session, setting the stage for a dynamic and impactful year ahead.

Over the course of the next six months, participants will engage in a series of leadership development programs, connect with experienced mentors, and collaborate on a capstone class project to be completed before graduation in September 2025. This immersive experience prepares professionals for leadership roles both within RASM and in their broader careers and communities.
