I am so excited to be this year’s 2026 YPN Chair. As we head into the new year, there is strong momentum behind YPN, and we are approaching 2026 with clear intention and focus.

SETTING THE TONE AT YPN ADVANCE
Our YPN leadership team recently attended YPN Advance in Orlando, and the experience truly set the tone for the year. This was not just a retreat. It was intentional time spent advancing our leadership skills, planning how to move our chapters forward, and learning from YPNers across the state who are doing an incredible job creating meaningful involvement within their associations.

We returned inspired with a clear takeaway. The strongest YPN communities are those that stay grounded in their mission while creating experiences that are welcoming, engaging, and genuinely enjoyable to be part of.

BACK TO THE BASICS – WITH PURPOSE
In 2026, we are taking YPN back to the basics in the best way possible. YPN is a member-driven organization, which means our focus is on helping real estate professionals grow, connect, and get involved, no matter where they are in their careers. And when we say young professional, we are not talking about age. It means young in the business, young at heart, open to learning, curious, motivated, and excited to grow. If that resonates, YPN is for you.

WHAT MEMBERS CAN EXPECT IN 2026
Everything we do this year will reflect that mindset. Our goal is to create opportunities that feel intentional and accessible, while still being fun and valuable. Members can expect experiences that build confidence, strengthen connections, and provide takeaways they can apply directly to their business without feeling overwhelmed or out of place.

At its core, YPN is about people and community. It is a space where peers can learn from one another, share wins and challenges, and build relationships that extend beyond a single event. There is no one right way to be involved. Whether you are attending for the first time, exploring what leadership looks like for you, or simply looking to build community, participation should feel easy and welcoming.

KICKING OFF THE YEAR: TROLLEY TOUR
We are kicking off the year on January 15th with our first Trolley Tour. We will be exploring Lakewood Ranch resale homes and then gathering at the Lakewood Ranch Welcome Center for lunch and education on what is happening in this fast-growing, multi-generational community. Attendees will walk away with insights they can take directly back to their sellers, buyers, databases, or social media followers. Space is limited, and this event is expected to sell out, so be sure to RSVP early. YPN members receive a discounted rate, making now a great time to join if you are not already a member.

We are so excited for the year ahead and cannot wait to show you what we have in store.
