RASM Celebrates Fair Housing Month with the Diversity Challenge

Posted by: Communications Department on Thursday, April 9, 2026

April is Fair Housing Month. It is a time to reflect on the importance of equal opportunity in housing and recommit to the principles that guide our profession.

At RASM, that commitment goes beyond meeting requirements. It is about leading by example.

With the National Association of REALTORS® requiring all members to complete 2 hours of Fair Housing training, RASM is proud to highlight the Diversity Challenge, an initiative launched in 2025 by the RASM Diversity Committee to honor members who demonstrate an exceptional commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Celebrating Members Leading the Way

We are proud to recognize members who have already stepped up to the challenge, including Julia Montei, Etta Carter, and Mike Bruno.

Their commitment reflects what it means to be a REALTOR® today. They are not only growing their business, but also helping shape a more inclusive and equitable future for our communities.

What Is the Diversity Challenge?

The Diversity Challenge encourages members to deepen their knowledge and expand their impact.

To complete the challenge, members must:
