2027 CREA Officer & Director Applications Now Open

If you're looking to make a greater impact in the commercial real estate community, now is your opportunity to step into a leadership role. Applications are now open for 2027 officer and director positions with the Commercial Real Estate Alliance (CREA).

Serving in a CREA leadership position is an excellent way to expand your professional network, collaborate with fellow commercial REALTORS®, and help shape the future of commercial real estate in our region. CREA leaders play an important role in guiding the alliance's programs, initiatives, and strategic direction while representing the interests of more than 150 commercial real estate professionals throughout Sarasota and Manatee counties.

The CREA Board of Directors is composed of the President, President-Elect, Vice President, Treasurer, Past President, the CREA Representative to the RASM Board of Directors, and six Directors who serve staggered three-year terms. Each year, applications are accepted for open officer and director positions, and all applications are reviewed as part of the leadership selection process.

Please note: To be eligible, applicants must have been members of the Commercial Real Estate Alliance (CREA) for at least two years prior to the election.
