Colombia Earthquake Relief Efforts

Since 2018, the REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee (RASM) has proudly served as the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Ambassador Association to FEDELONJAS, Colombia’s national real estate federation.

As an NAR Ambassador Association, RASM works to build and maintain a meaningful relationship with our international partner, fostering professional connections, sharing knowledge and best practices, and strengthening ties between our real estate communities. But partnership also means standing together when help is needed.

Following the recent devastating earthquake in Colombia, RASM is reaching out to support relief efforts for the communities affected by this disaster.

Local coordinators and businesses throughout the Suncoast are currently collecting urgently needed supplies. Donations are being gathered locally and routed through South Florida for shipment to Colombia.

RASM members who would like to help are encouraged to donate.

Our relationship with FEDELONJAS extends beyond real estate. We are proud to stand with our friends and colleagues in Colombia and support their communities during this difficult time.

Please bring items as soon as possible. Organizers are actively packing boxes right now to route through South Florida.

All local goods are being sent to Miami via the Global Empowerment Mission (GEM) to handle the direct international shipments.
