Brewed Connections Relaunches With New Opportunities for REALTORS®

Brewed Connections is getting a new format designed to help RASM REALTOR® members turn connections into real business opportunities.

Beginning in September, members can put active and coming-soon listings in front of fellow REALTORS®, share specific buyer needs, and connect face-to-face with others who may have the right fit. With the new format, registration is now required for all attendees.

And yes, there will still be coffee and breakfast.

The relaxed, welcoming atmosphere of Brewed Connections isn’t going anywhere. The difference is that your hour now has more ways to help move your business forward.

Put Your Business in Front of the Room

Have a listing that could use more exposure? Working with a buyer who hasn’t found the right property?

Bring it to Brewed Connections.

REALTOR® members will have 30 seconds to pitch an active or coming-soon listing, share a legitimate current buyer need, or do both. Then, you’ll have dedicated time to connect directly with fellow REALTORS® who heard something that caught their attention.

It’s a simple opportunity to let the room know what you have and what you need.

No Pitch? No Problem.

You don’t need a listing or buyer need to take part.

Come to hear what’s happening in the local market, discover properties that may not already be on your radar, meet fellow REALTORS®, and build relationships that could lead to your next opportunity.

You’ll also get timely Association updates, coffee, and breakfast, all in about an hour.

What to Expect

Each Brewed Connections will include:

• Coffee, breakfast, and REALTOR® networking
• A quick “RASM in 5” with timely Association updates
• 30-second listing pitches
• 30-second buyer need pitches
• Dedicated time to make buyer and listing connections
• Opportunities to share additional referrals, resources, recommendations, and professional needs

Members who want to pitch may share one listing and one active buyer need. Listing pitches should feature an active or coming-soon property, while buyer pitches should represent a legitimate, current client need.

Two Opportunities to Connect Each Month

Brewed Connections takes place from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. twice each month:

RASM South: First Thursday of the month
RASM North: Third Thursday of the month

Brewed Connections is exclusively for RASM REALTOR® members, and advance registration is now required.
