RASM’s Global Business Council (GBC) was honored with two statewide awards from Florida Realtors® at the 2026 Florida Realtors® Convention & Trade Expo, recognizing RASM’s commitment to advancing global real estate through education, collaboration, outreach, and industry involvement.
2026 Global Partnership Award
The Global Partnership Award recognizes RASM’s continued collaboration with and support of Florida Realtors® Global Business. Throughout the year, RASM’s GBC works closely with Florida Realtors® to connect members with global education, international conferences and trade missions, networking opportunities, and resources that can help expand their international business.
2026 Global Outreach Award
The Global Outreach Award recognizes RASM’s efforts to expand global business through education, collaboration, and outreach.
Through GBC programming, members have opportunities to learn about international markets, strengthen their cultural competency, build relationships with real estate professionals around the world, and develop connections that can lead to future business and referrals.
In 2026, those efforts have included the Global Country Spotlight Series, featuring Costa Rica, Canada, Argentina, and Greece; international cultural and networking events; global education on topics including FIRPTA and At Home With Diversity®; promotion and participation in international conferences and trade missions; and collaboration with international real estate organizations and professionals.
RASM members have also represented the Association at state, national, and international events, helping strengthen industry relationships, create referral opportunities, and increase awareness of Sarasota and Manatee as a global real estate market.
Receiving both awards from Florida Realtors® recognizes not only the programming offered locally through RASM’s Global Business Council, but also the Association’s broader commitment to supporting and advancing global real estate throughout Florida and beyond.
