This year’s recipient, Julianna Burns, REALTOR® with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty, exemplifies the spirit of the award through her unwavering commitment to mentorship, service, and professional excellence. 

Leaders from RASM YPN joined YPN Chairs, Vice Chairs and Liaisons from across the state at FR Headquarters in Orlando for the annual YPN Advance - a one-day leadership summit designed to inspire, connect and empower the next generation of REALTOR® leaders.
