August 2026 Real Estate Market Report: Trends in Sarasota and Manatee Counties

August’s housing market showed stronger buyer activity across Sarasota and Manatee counties, with closed and pending sales increasing while inventory continued to tighten. Homes also moved faster, and sellers generally received a larger share of their asking price as market conditions became more competitive.
