How to Become an MLS Assistant

  1. Complete the membership application below.
  2. Ensure that your broker signs the application before submitting it.
  3. Pay your dues.
  4. Complete the three mandatory Stellar MLS classes (MLS Basic, MLS Compliance 101, and Adding & Editing).

If you’re working for an agent, broker, or appraiser, this subscription offers you access to assist them in Stellar MLS. (Assistants CANNOT have an active real estate license in Florida).

Instructions for Submission

  1. Submit your completed and signed application via:
    • Email membership@MyRASM.com 
    • Fax (941) 952-3401
    • Bring your completed application to one of our two locations. 
  2. If you are a transfer from another Association or have been active within the last year, a Letter of Good Standing from your current or previous Association is required.
  3. PDF Applications must be submitted with payment information (see the chart of fees below). 

Your application will be processed within 72 hours of receiving all of the required application materials. MLS Access is usually activated within 72 hours from the date your application is officially processed by our Member Services staff.
