Types of Business Partner Memberships

Primary Business Partner

Primary Affiliate Memberships are available to individuals whose businesses provide products and services related to real estate. Membership is individual and is not considered "company based." Each individual within an office must join to be considered a member and attend or participate in association events. Memberships are renewed annually on December 15.

Auxiliary Business Partner

Auxiliary membership is associated with or employed by an active Primary Affiliate Business. $50 is due annually (valid from the time you join to the end of the calendar year.) Auxiliary members joining in November and December will also be charged the following year's dues cycle.

Instructions for Submission

  1. Submit your completed and signed application via:
    • Email membership@MyRASM.com 
    • Fax (941) 952-3401
    • Bring your completed application to one of our two locations. 
  2. PDF Applications must be submitted with payment information (see the chart of fees below). RASM cannot process an application without payment.

Membership Next Steps

Once your application and payment are processed, you officially become a new Business Partner member! Your partnership further strengthens your relationship with the real estate community, giving you broad exposure and a strong presence in local markets. We encourage you to follow these next steps to get the most out of your RASM membership.

  • Business Partner Orientation - Held quarterly at RASM South or RASM North, this orientation is specifically for new Business Partner members
  • Business Partner Meetings - Every other month at RASM South or RASM North, this meeting provides updates on sponsorship opportunities and events.
    • At this meeting, you'll get a chance to be drawn as our next Business Partner member spotlight on RASM's social media and in ELEVATE Magazine!
  • Become a Corporate Sponsor - Become an annual sponsor by participating in the yearly corporate sponsorship program.
  • Business Partner Directory - Business Partners are displayed in the directory that is updated quarterly and distributed to all RASM members.
  • Advertise - Advertising opportunities in our ELEVATE digital magazine, distributed monthly to all RASM members.
