Key Contacts
As a Key Contact, you will have the opportunity to build relationships with local elected officials and help shape policies that affect your industry. Key Contacts allow local officials to associate a familiar face and local identity with the issue being discussed, reinforcing the REALTOR® message on a more personal level.
Local Elections
Understanding the election process and available resources is essential to becoming an informed voter and advocate for issues important to your industry. We provide a variety of resources to help you stay informed about local elections, including voter guides and election links.
Legislative Resources
Locally, we follow RASM’s Public Policy Guide when determining priorities for Manatee County and Sarasota County. We also follow State and National priorities as they pertain to our area. By staying informed about legislative activity, you can make a difference in shaping policy that affects your industry.
