The REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee (RASM) Corporate Business Partner Program offers an unparalleled opportunity to directly market and advertise your company to more than 9,000 real estate professionals, managers, brokers, and owners. There is no other single marketing source that allows this direct relationship with real estate professionals, offering opportunities to sponsor events, meetings, and educational courses, advertise in the monthly magazine, on the RASM website, and more!

Looking to Sponsor Education Classes?
Meet fresh faces! RASM hosts 8 to 10 in-person and hybrid education classes each month, including NAR certifications and designations, contract classes, new member orientation, commercial classes, and more. Each class has a different audience of REALTORS® and is sure to be a networking opportunity and great brand exposure. You'll have the opportunity to speak with the students and share your marketing materials, as well as any snacks or goodies you may bring.

When you choose to sponsor an annual fundraising event, you are not only marketing your business, but also contributing to the members of the Sarasota and Manatee community.
BUSINESS PARTNER MEETINGS
Business Partner Meetings are held quarterly throughout the year at either RASM South or RASM North. At each meeting, we discuss upcoming events, sponsorship opportunities, and host drawings for the spotlights on RASM's Facebook and ELEVATE Magazine. This is another great way to meet and connect with fellow business partners!

What Makes This Program So Effective?
The Corporate Business Partner Program enhances your current advertising and marketing strategies by increasing your company’s visibility and commitment to the real estate profession, with the ultimate goal of increasing your company’s market share and revenue. Each level of the Program is designed to offer our partners quality exposure to Association members through a variety of channels.
Annual sponsorships are available for application at the end of each year, and sponsor levels are on a first-come, first-served basis. Event sponsorships are available year-round. The Corporate Sponsor Program is released in November of each year.
