In past years, we’ve had separate Installation and holiday party events. This year, we’re rolling it all into one big evening. The Installation and Awards Ceremony will be from 5 – 6:30 PM followed by the holiday party which begins at 6:30 PM. There is no dinner this year and no reserved tables.

The Winter Celebration is honored to be one of the first events at the NEW UTC Mote Science Education Center. 225 University Town Center Drive, Sarasota.
When you arrive at Mote, the main entrance will be closed. Follow the signs to the EVENTS entrance which is to the right of the main entrance. View the event entrance map.

Installation ONLY ticket:
This ticket allows entry to the Installation and Awards Ceremony only and does not provide access to the holiday party. Installation is from 5 – 6:30 PM. Late arrivals may be held at the door until there is an appropriate time in the program to allow entry.

There will be no food or drink served at the Installation and Awards Ceremony.

Holiday Party ONLY ticket:
This ticket allows entry to the holiday party only and does not provide access to the Installation and Awards ceremony. The party is from 6:30 – 9:30 PM. Doors open for the holiday party at 6:30 PM, no early arrivals will be permitted.

Holiday Party ONLY and Combined tickets include one drink ticket, light bites and desserts.

Combined ticket:
A combined ticket allows entry to both the Installation and Awards Ceremony and the  Holiday Party.

The Installation ceremony is from 5 – 6:30 PM. Late arrivals may be held at the door until there is an appropriate time in the program to allow entry.

No. Seating at the Installation ceremony will be theater-style, and the set-up for the holiday party will be cocktail-style with some seating, high-tops and a dance floor.

The centerpiece of our holiday party space is the shark exhibit, and while our event will be held in Exploration Hall, we will have access to the main floor of the aquarium, including the touch tank and the area behind and beneath the shark exhibit.

All RASM members and their non-RASM guests are welcome, whether you’re a member of a RASM specialty group or not. Check the RASM calendar for specific GBC and CREA holiday parties.
