The REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee (RASM) is the largest real estate trade association in the region, representing more than 9,000 members located in Sarasota County and Manatee County. RASM provides technology, training, networking, and business support to members, and supports a healthy real estate market by upholding high professional and ethical standards through a Code of Ethics, ongoing education, and certification programs.
RASM was pleased to host Dr. Lawrence Yun, Chief Economist for the National Association of REALTORS®, for an in-person CREA Commercial Market Update on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at our Sarasota office on Cattlemen Road. Presented by the Commercial Real Estate Alliance (CREA), the event drew about 100 attendees.
To better serve our members and reduce inbox overload, RASM has officially transitioned to NoteRouter as our primary communications platform. This upgrade gives members more control over how they receive information while allowing RASM to deliver updates more efficiently and accurately.
