Welcome to the Young Professionals Network
The Young Professionals Network is a dynamic entry point for real estate professionals striving to become more successful in their careers and gain leadership experience. The RASM YPN is empowering the next generation of REALTORS® in Sarasota and Manatee counties.
MISSION
YPN helps young professionals excel in their careers by giving them the tools and encouragement to become involved in four core areas:
- REALTOR® Associations. YPN members attend REALTOR® conferences and pursue leadership roles with their local, state, and national association.
- Real Estate Industry. YPN members stay informed about industry news and trends and take an active role in real estate policy discussions and advocacy.
- Peers. Through in-person events, social media, and mentoring, YPN members seek to share their knowledge and learn from one another.
- Community. YPN members demonstrate a high level of professionalism and volunteering for causes that spark their passion.

YPN REALTORS® to Watch Under 40
Each year, the RASM Young Professionals Network recognizes a group of REALTORS® who represent excellence in leadership, community involvement, and everything else that makes a well-rounded young professional succeed in real estate. Any active REALTOR® member of the REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee under the age of 40, can apply for this award.
Award winners will receive:
- Recognition in RASM’s ELEVATE magazine and on RASM social media channels.
- Inclusion in the county-wide distribution of press releases.

Every other month, RASM YPN hosts a Trolley Tour, visiting different cities and communities around the area to tour properties. Hear from local legends about selling homes from the inside out and network with business partners to further your connections.

National YPN
YPN was founded in 2007. Today, more than 20,000 REALTORS® call themselves “YPN.” In addition to this national network, nearly 400 state and local REALTOR® associations now have their own Young Professionals Network.
