MISSION

YPN helps young professionals excel in their careers by giving them the tools and encouragement to become involved in four core areas:

REALTOR® Associations. YPN members attend REALTOR® conferences and pursue leadership roles with their local, state, and national association.
Real Estate Industry. YPN members stay informed about industry news and trends and take an active role in real estate policy discussions and advocacy.
Peers. Through in-person events, social media, and mentoring, YPN members seek to share their knowledge and learn from one another.
Community. YPN members demonstrate a high level of professionalism and volunteering for causes that spark their passion.

YPN REALTORS® to Watch Under 40

Each year, the RASM Young Professionals Network recognizes a group of REALTORS® who represent excellence in leadership, community involvement, and everything else that makes a well-rounded young professional succeed in real estate. Any active REALTOR® member of the REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee under the age of 40, can apply for this award.

Award winners will receive:

Recognition in RASM’s ELEVATE magazine and on RASM social media channels.
Inclusion in the county-wide distribution of press releases.

YPN Event & Cancellation Policies

Registration & Payment

All YPN event registrations must be completed online through the official registration link. Payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot unless otherwise noted.

Refund Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours prior to the event start time to receive a full refund.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event. No-shows are non-refundable.

If YPN cancels or reschedules an event, registrants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to the rescheduled date.

Sponsor Acknowledgment

By registering for a YPN event, attendees acknowledge that event sponsors may receive a list of attendee names and email addresses for follow-up and networking purposes.

YPN sponsors are expected to use this information responsibly and in a professional manner consistent with industry standards.

Event Conduct

YPN events are designed to foster professional networking and collaboration among members. All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner.

YPN reserves the right to deny entry or remove any attendee whose behavior is disruptive, inappropriate, or inconsistent with the values of the REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee.
