RASM Announces 2027 Slate of Officers & Directors

The RASM Nominating Committee met on July 10, 2026, to interview candidates and selected the following nominees to serve as 2027 Officers and Directors. Election results will be announced at the Annual Meeting on September 17.

2026 Slate of Officers & Directors

2027 President:

• Anita Lambert, Premier Sotheby's International Realty
  As 2026 President-Elect, Anita automatically moves up to 2027 President without further nomination or election.

2027 Officer Nominees:

• President-Elect: Julia Montei, Coldwell Banker Realty
• Vice President: Derek Patti, NextHome Excellence
• Treasurer: Beth Beckert, The Keyes Company

2027-2029 Director Nominees:

• Molly Beers, RE/MAX Alliance Group
• Lisa Tarjanyi, EXP Realty
• Jozefina Wells, KW Coastal Living II

The Bylaws provide for additional candidates to be placed in nomination by a petition signed by at least 75 RASM REALTOR® Members eligible to vote. The petition shall clearly indicate the position being sought.
