Nominations Open for the 2026 RASM Awards

Each year, the REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee recognizes members for their service to RASM, contributions to the real estate profession, business accomplishments, and impact in the community.

Now, we need your help identifying the members who deserve to be recognized in 2026.

If you know a RASM member whose leadership, service, or professional accomplishments stand out, submit a nomination on their behalf. Members may also nominate themselves, and nominations may be submitted for more than one person or award category.

All nominations must be submitted by November 2, 2026.

2026 RASM Awards

Business Partner of the Year Award

Recognizes a Business Partner member for outstanding contributions to RASM, the real estate industry, and community service.

Distinguished Service Award

Honors the lifetime contributions of a REALTOR® to the profession and the community.

Global Commitment Award

Recognizes a member who demonstrates excellence within the global real estate market.

Humanitarian Award

Honors the lifetime contributions of a member who embodies the spirit of community service.

REALTOR® of the Year Award

Recognizes a member’s contributions to the profession, community, and fellow REALTORS® during the past three years.

YPN Member of the Year Award

Recognizes a YPN member for outstanding contributions to RASM, the real estate industry, and community service.

Submit a Nomination

Nominations are open through November 2, 2026, and self-nominations are welcome for every award. One letter of recommendation may also be submitted, but it is not required.

The 2026 award recipients will be recognized at the Installation and Awards Luncheon on Wednesday, January 13, 2027.
