This summer, REALTORS® across the state are taking action to protect Florida’s natural beauty—and RASM is proud to be part of it. As part of the Florida REALTORS® Clean Up Florida Waters initiative, we’re hosting a special sea oat planting event at Coquina Beach on Anna Maria Island, and we’d love for you to join us.
🌱 Why It Matters
Healthy coastlines start with strong dunes—and sea oats play a vital role in holding those dunes together. By planting sea oats, you’ll help stabilize the shoreline, reduce erosion, and protect habitats for wildlife. Plus, it’s a great way to enjoy the outdoors while making a real difference.
🛠️ How You Can Help
We’ve partnered with Keep Manatee Beautiful to plant 12,000 sea oats at Coquina Beach. RASM members are invited to lend a hand on Friday, July 25, preparing and staging plants for the community-wide planting event on Saturday.
